- 15 large prawns with shell
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons brandy
- 1 chili padi
- Wash prawns and leave on shells and heads.
- Mix the soy sauce, garlic, brandy and chili padi
- Put the prawns on a metal plate and cover with the soy sauce mixture.
- Fill a pot or wok - 1/2 full with water.
- Steam the prawns for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
