Steam Garlic Prawn
  • 15 large prawns with shell
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 chili padi
Directions
  • Wash prawns and leave on shells and heads.
  • Mix the soy sauce, garlic, brandy and chili padi
  • Put the prawns on a metal plate and cover with the soy sauce mixture.
  • Fill a pot or wok - 1/2 full with water.
  • Steam the prawns for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
